Room service was slow with lots of add on fees. Why bring a wallet with ID poolside? You can't use a luggage cart without a bellhop. Also, depending on which server you got, you may need an ID to charge something to your room, which was a pain. Service by the pool was slow, and they did not have everything on the menu. So we found a maid on our floor and she gave us extra towels. We let them know at the front desk before we went out for the day. When we got there, we noticed there were not enough towels for three.
